Has anyone found a way to limit the amount of calls per DDI? Other than using groups?
This is always an issue i come across with the NS especially when calls being directed to an auto attendant.
Only work around i have is directing DDI to an ICD group with an overflow to the UM pilot number, then in this ICD group i set max no off busy extensions and queuing off. then when the users in group busy any calls to that ddi are busy. Only issue with that is its completely controlled by the phones, ideally i want to allocate ex amount to each DDI and split up the channels this way.
Over the years i hhve achieved this on Avaya/Nortel Systems but never on Pana...
