Limit access to IP phone menu

Hi Guys ,
I need to prohibit access to IP phone menu by users ,
for example I want not to allow them to perform factory reset !
Can this be done from Call manager ?

Since a factory reset is done at the phone, no, you can't do it from CallManager.

If you don't want them to be able to change forwarding, MWI settins, etc. don't put them in the CCM End User group. You can limit what they can do as a CCM End User by changeing the visable parameters under the Enterprise Parameter page. I think that's what it's called, going from memory.
