Limit Access to Hidden Account

Hi,

Ok, I just hid John Smith however how would I notify the people that e-mail know that this account has been disabled. For instance, a message that stated the account no longer exist or undeliverable message

HI!

One way is to use the Outlook client (or OWA) and set this account as
Out Of Office.

You can also set the Inbound and Outbound limits to 0. This will cause the mailbox to be diabled and a message will be sent back to the sender indicating this.

Set the delivery restrictions to accept messages from only yourself, or your postmaster.
