Limit 1 User's Mailbox Size

Hello -

I've figured out how to limit the size of all my users' mailboxes, @ the PO, but is there a way to limit only one of my user's mailbox?

I have one particular user who pack-rats email w/gigantic images like you wouldn't believe.
