Hi Guys
MCD 6 system with remote phones on a VPN. A user has a LIM module in the phone. When the VPN goes down, the LIM works fine but the phone still resets looking for ICP rather than staying up. Thus when on a call on the analogue line, they get cut off which almost defeats the object
I thought that having a LIM configured would stop the reset? It is in "Always on mode" as opposed failover mode
Is it worth having them in Teleworker mode do you think to stop the reset? As maybe there is a difference
Any thoughts would be appreciated
