Lilo fix

My problem is this:

I have a computer that is booting Mandrake 9.0, win98,and win2000...recently i experienced a system crash and now i think my mbr is screwed up cause lilo does not come up on boot anymore...how do i fix lilo? alas i do not have a linux boot disk any suggestions?...

Use the install cd and rescue from there. there should be man pages about this.
