LIKE parameter query

I am trying to design a query that uses the LIKE parameter as the query criteria, where it gets its pattern from a list box control: [Forms]![FormName]![ControlName].


It works if I don't use the LIKE parameter, but once I include the LIKE no records are picked up.

What am I doing wrong?
