Hi,
I have a questions regarding LIK version 5.5 and mailbox.
I have forwarded station 100 to station 101 and station 101 to the mailbox.
At the moment all calls are transferred to the mailbox for station 101.

Is it possible that the calls for station 100 are transferred to the mailbox of station 100 and the calls for station 101 to the mailbox for station 101?

Sorry but I don´t understand how this should work with DND/FWD?

I think you know the Businessphone, right?

In BP I divert extension 100 to extension 101 and then to the mailbox.
Extension 100 gets a call and is routed automatically to the mailbox of extension 100 and not to the mailbox of extension 101.
The BP recognises that the call was for extension 100 and not for extension 101.

This is what I try to program in LIK.
At the moment all calls for station 100 are routed to the mailbox of station 101.

Diversion and Forwarding (FWD / FORWARD / 554)
Use the key FWD (FORWARD) or 554 gives 6 opportunities for diversion of the IP extension number:
Remember to take the handset off hook before pressing the FWD key.

Here are the FORWARD opportunities:

1. --- Call Forward to another extension, group or speed dialling number.
2. --- Move if busy. (Busy) to another extension, group or speed dialling number.
3. --- Move for non-response (RNA, Ring No Answer) to another extension, group or speed dialling.
4. --- Move on busy / no-answer to another extension, group or speed dialling number.
5. --- Attendant transfer of calls to externally No. / speed dialling number. Only attendant.
0. --- Follow Me Call Forward. To be able to do that an authorization code must be initiated first. (PGM227).

Ok a little more detailed now: lets assume I use 554 +1 for station 100 and 101.

-station 100 is forwarded with 554 +1 to station 101
-station 101 is forwarded with 554 +1 to the VSF Group

Then a call for station 100 is forwarded to the mailbox of station 101 but I want that the caller is fowarded to the mailbox of station 100.

How can I program this?

I have no idea how to solve my problem with preset call forward ?

From the F&O:
3.Manual Forward has higher priority than Preset Forward and overrides any Preset Forward setting.

Preset call forward enables automatic forwarding from one extension nunber to another.
Station Admin PGM 120.

Stations can be programmed so that incoming CO and Intercom calls are forwarded to a preset station or station group. This allows an external call or internal call to initially ring at a station and forward to a pre-determined destination. Preset Forward can be separately assigned UNCONDITIONAL, INTERNAL BUSY, INTERNAL NO ANSWER, EXTERNAL BUSY or EXTERNAL NO ANSWER preset forwarding to any station, hunt group or system speed dial bin (off-net). As a default, no Preset Call Forward is assigned.

For the Transfer to Mail-Box enter the Station Group number of the Voice Mail group (external VM, VSF or Feature Server Voice Mail group). This will permit iPECS Phone users to transfer a call directly to the desired user’s Voice Mail-Box.

tested with preset forwarding and still not working :-(

-station 100 is forwarded with preset forwarding to station 101
-station 101 is forwarded with preset forwarding to the VSF Group

Then a call to station 100 is forwarded to the mailbox of station 101 but I want that the caller is fowarded to the mailbox of station 100.

Hello XS650

May I ask a few questions?
What is the number of your VSF group? PGM 190
Is station 100 the attendant? PGM 164
Is VSF access enabled? PGM 111-113 (34)
Check if Data security is enabled PGM 111-113 (4)
What type of phone do you have connected to station 100? :):))
