I am unable to modify Maintenance Plan - get an error 14258 . Cannot perform this operation while SQLSERVERAGENT is starting. Appears it is in Lightweight Pooling mode...

Any problems with just turning this mode off and restarting Services? Hopefully that will allow me to modify my plans?
Anyone have problems doing this? Or know how this got set to fiber mode? I could change the plans a few months ago..
Any experience with this?
