Light Stripes

Someone moved the printer to a new location. Now I have a jet that will not print. I have done the three eliminate light stripes followed by shutdown over night then three eliminate light stripes. Yet I still can't get the jet to print any suggestions Tim

I forgot to mention that this is a Tektronix 8200

If you have been using NON Xerox inks, then you may have a print head problem. If you HAVE been using Xerox inks, and your unit is under warantee, then call Xerox. Good Luck

I went to the following web site and found that the printer is still under warranty until August 2004

It is a good thing the print head is $1700.
So because we use Xerox ink the thing is covered.
