lidint-1.dll Missing

When I start gimp I get many popups dirring the loading and checking of the drivers. In each of these popups a message telling me that linint-1.dll can't be found. I tried a reinstall and searching for it on the logal system and nither work.

I am runing Win XP home.
Please could anybody help me with this problem.
