Hi All,

Quick question about licensing... a customer has bought new premium licenses for their YSE. These were added to AMC with no issues.

Since then I have added them to the MiCC ARID and performed a sync in YSE but I still can't see them for allocation.

Any help in any steps I may have missed would be appreciated.

***SOLVED***

I found a document on the subject, ran the Mitel Contact Center Management Licensing program on the MiCC server and confirmed it has been updated with the correct licenses.

Hope this helps anyone who might be in the same boat.
