Licensing

Would someone be good enough to explain Mitel's licencing to me? I have become confused..

Example Scenario:
1 x ICP 3300
5 x 5330 phones (Hotdesking on some all but 1 of the 5330s)
2 x 5201
All with Voice mail

How many device licences, user etc? (Ignoring the free licences that come with the 3300 out of the box)

Hi Nick,

For each handset you require a device and user license, if you then require hotdesking on the phone - this will then use an additional user license.

As for the free licenses, you would normally get 8 user, 8 device and 8 mailboxes.

it looks like you are using 7 device and 11 user and 7 voicemail licenses.
