Hi. Got a Windows 2000 server with 13 workstations running Windows 2000 pro and 15 users. I want to upgrade one station to Windows XP Pro. Do i only have to buy Windows XP Pro or a different licence?

You have to buy a license for Windows XP Pro Upgrade. You can consider getting a volume license with Software assurance and it will include a license for Windows Vista (though I think the minimum order is 5 licenses).
