If Symposium ACD is being used and the agent licences are topping out, which licenses (part numbers) are required to increase its capacity? How much are these seat licenses worth? Do you buy licensing for both agent counts as well as simultanueous ACD calls going to the agents? Like 400 agents 250 active?

You buy them for number of simultaneous agents that can be measured by the system.

I've never actually reached a limit to equal the purchased value in the Historical Statistics section "Active Agents".

Probably a number of phonesets that can be acquirred by the system. Thus you could have 3 shifts of 300 total agents sitting at 100 phonesets and need only 100 licenses. I can't find anything that says if it is limited to phonesets acquirred or if you can have 200 phonesets but only 100 logged in at the same time. In either event the server is only going to report on 100 agents.

It would allow you to program as many users as you wanted though.

Any ideas for part numbers or sources for agent seat licenses? I deal primarily Norstar so I haven't sourced seat licenses for symposium.
