I'm looking at upgrading from a 406 v2 to a 500.

There are some licenses i would like to transfer if possible.

such as

VM Pro
Phone Manager Pro
VM Pro Recording Administrator
Wave user
CTI link pro

The licenses are on a dongle on the back of the 406 unit

How would i go about transfering them?

buy a new smartcard for the ip500. get the licenses transferred, then add any new licenses you need.

you need to get a BP or Distributor to transfer them over for you and then you have to give the old dongle back otherwise they will charge you for the licenses in full. You need to supply them with your old dongle number and when you purchase the new one from them they can migrate the licenses over to the new smart card and you are good to go.
Then you need to migrate the programming over to the new IP500 too.
