licenses to add an extra DLC

Hi All!
Please could you confirm that we have enough available licenses to add an
additional Digital LC to our Nortel Meridian Option 11C?
I have the following output, however I don’t know if a Digital LC equates to
16 TNs or 32 TNs. If the card equates to 32 TNs can we
still add the card and only use 15 Voice TNs? Or can we still add the card
and use 16 Voice TNs and
only 14 Data TNs?

The big question is, do you have an empty slot in your 11c to add another DLC. DLC will give you 32 ports. Its doesn't count against your license until you actually use them.

Yes we have 4 slots aval in the 2nd cabinet, we are running old version rls 22.40..
The SLT print shows that we have only 30 spare TNS.
When I install new card can I use just the 15 voice TNS,.

you have 30 tn;s soft, you can add a card

would add a card to that slot which give you 16 physical ports... you can add cards all day, the 30 will keep you from programing some of them
