Have checked a lot forum/blogs. I'm running OTM 2.20 on XP SP3
I have reduced the amount amount of employee collections as tek-tips forums have recommended, but I was still getting "Licensed reporting units exceeded. Reporting is temporarily disabled" message for Telecom Billing System and General Cost Allocation System.
The numbers said I have exceeded the units licensed of 139 but there are only 90 employee records to collect records for, I am licensed for 150 TN's.
So, I shut down OTM, did a PC defrag, now when i restart OTM I get
TBS Reporting Units used: 135
TBS Reporting Units licensed :139
None of the license numbers seem to be right.
At least it does not say "reporting is disabled" anymore.
It takes many clicks on "OK" to make this message go away then OTM restarts.
There has to be a bug somewhere.
Does anyone have any ideas???
