I cant start the job engine and currently am running a repair on the database and cant look in the log to see if there is an error msg related to the job engine.

Not sure if this is my problem but think it may be related to the recent reinstall of arcserve and not sure if the license was reinstalled.

How do you apply license to brightstor arcserve on win2003 server after a reinstall of arcserver ?

Essentially the same way you did when you last installed it.
