normally when i add license to an existing bcm50 the sequence numbers changed. i was up to seq 3 which shows the existing license plus the new license i ordered. i ordered some more license and it started back with seq 1 with only the license i ordered. will this delete all the other license since they are not listed?

Yes it will. I wouldn't upload that file just yet if I were you.

Contact Nortel KRS and have them check what they have on file for your SYSID. You might have to prove to them that those licenses were originally in there so I hope you kept a copy of the original auth codes. You might find yourself having to pay for the missing ones again.

Of course, check that you entered your SYSID correctly as well and check that your system is registered properly in KRS too.

Did you install the first 3 sequences or was the BCM purchased with the Keycodes already in it. It might be a case where Nortel/KRS has cleaned that SID and if so you won't be able to get those Keycodes back if you add the new one.

krs assigned the license to a different hardware 4.0 insteaad of the 3.0. they straightened it out
