I am using Crystal Enterprise 10 on AIX
Users are getting following error message: "All concurrent Access licenses are in use at this time" But when you see the Metrics, all the licenses are used up by Administrator account. But there was only one session opened by Administrator account during that time. Even after waiting for 2+ hours, these licenses were not freed.
