Hello!

I have a large amount of BCM systems, and rest assured when ever someone wants one; I don't have the right config on one system, but spread across three or four I have it every time!

Does anyone know how I can transfer licenses from one system on to another, by individual license?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I don't think it can be done on a per licence basis. The only option I know, would be to transfer all the licences from a failed unit to a replacement one via the Avaya KRS website.

If it's working, then leave it alone!.

Actually you can. For customers who have multiple systems, there is an option in KRS where you can apply to pool your licenses so you can move them between systems in your pool. Maybe not down to the level you're asking for but it does work pretty well and helps preserve your investment in your licenses.

If you have access to KRS, select the Documentation and Forms section. Once that opens, choose the BCM Customer Pool Registration Form link. The spreadsheet will open and there you can fill out the form for either the 50 or 450 (or both) and follow the instructions to get them to Avaya to process.

If you don't have access, any local Avaya partner can help you with the process.

Keep in mind you pay for each BCM that is registered in the pool and each BCM must be at 5.0 at the minimum.
