License Server - HTTP 400 Bad Request after reboot

Im running PS4 on a w2k3 server with a 90 day eval. Ive got PS4 and Licensing on the same machine

I initially had a problem where the license console wouldnt run, giving me the HTTP 400 error, which I rectified by adding the 'ListenOnlyList' reg key to the machine as per

I also changed the port of the website to 8080, as this seemed to be clashing with the citrx xml service.

After doing this, the LMC worked fine, I added my 90 day licence, and everything was fine. Now after a reboot, I cant gain access to the LMC with the above error again.

I can still connect as a user, and all the changes i made are still there

Any ideas ?

Open the Citrix License Management Console, click
Configure License Server, then click File Locations, open up the debug log, you may see the error there, i was able to fix my error thru there.
