Hi, all,

My company bought a IP 500 v1 and I reset the configuration and now can't view the licenses that are on the dongle. The Dongle Serial Number is XXXXXXXX. Any help would be much appreciated!

The search criteria returns no records.

The system needs the license card at all times and doesn't need to have licenses on it to function.

"... now can't view the licenses that are on the dongle." - the licenses, if any (not in this case), aren't on the dongle, they are entered into the configuration , which you reset. The dongle just provides the serial number against which the licenses would have been validated.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.

Thanks for the help, all! I think we'll get more of these in the future, and I'll try to reset the password rather than resetting the configuration. Thanks again!
