hey guys, i have a customer with a ip500v2 licensed with WAVE User and CTI Link pro. they came from a v5 system to now 8.1. what do I need to license to get vmpro database integration working? do I need to get Advanced Edition? cheers, Dave

was hoping could just buy the database part as they came from v5, just won't tell them ccr is included, not going that road again.. cheers aacon
