What do you do when the company that someone works for is having them build servers and use same lic. codes for all the different servers?
This includes Citrix and MS, But builds them in different domains as a work around?
What could a worker do?
The only thing I would suggest doing is that you put together a memo in writing and dated from you to your immediate supervisor explaining the situation and your concerns, and nothing else. Keep a copy of that memo in your personal files should you need to CYA at some future time. Beyond that, I wouldn't do anything else, unless you are prepared to go the entire distance, and be fully aware of the repurcussions of going all the way. You would technically be in the right, and would most likely win the battle, but you'd probably lose the war.

With it being such a small company maybe explaining it in a way that the owner understands that doing so may one day cost them their business might have some impact. You could also map out a plan that details what is required to get in compliance.

You haven't specified what you're doing with these machines, but if it's a money issue, perhaps you could suggest a non-Mi¢ro$oft OS with the Samba cross-networking software installed.
The bottom line is as I read, there is not really a good way to stop this. I will wait till I find another job and then drop a call to Citrix and MS. thanks for the info
