License Problem

US
This is an older IP Office, R9 with ADI licensing. Manager says the License Mode is Normal. The licenses are Valid. There are no errors in the config.

The phones and SSA say the system is Unlicensed. Any ideas on why that would be?

Do you have your essential edition license?
Was it upgraded to R9 without the proper licensing?

I would try popping the SD card out and put it back in. I have seen where everything looks right but it wasn't seeing the SD card properly and said it was unlicensed.
