License problem!

I can not read the file in one MD110, meanwhile the file can be readed in other MD110. I tried to reset LISH but still the same problem
LIDFP:pATH=/SYSN/USR1/SES/LI/01-1618-22.LIC;
NOT EXECUTED
EMPTY FILE

Any idea?
