I installed NNM 6.2 on a Windows server 2000 and 2003 system. When I try and go to the License manager and get it to open nothing happens. On the 2000 server it gives me non specific errors and on the 2003 machine it says there is an offset:00010106 and that jrew.exe is having problems running. Any help would be appreciated.

If I can't get the license manager to open is there a registry key that holds the current license that I can alter to reflect the pw HP gave me? Or is there a text file I can input the data into? Or possibly both.

After some looking I found the file that will allow you to manually input the license or PW key. It's .license in the conf folder. I figured one of the 25 or so files named license something would yield results.
