What would cause the License Manager to lose communication with the CCM server?
This is a nodal environment so, each of my CCMSs should have License Manager. The licenses should stay within a given site.
Twice today, and based on the log file ever since installation of CCM6 in January, this has been happening.
Error messages include:
Faulting Application Plicd.exe version 0.0.0.0, faulting mode ntdll.dll, version 5.2.3790.3959, fault address 0x0001bd02
Unknown errors on CCMS_ASM_Service and CCMS_Control_Service
Users at this site were unable to log in. It would say that they had exceeded the limit. However, I showed 150 licenses but only 13 were being used. The service would go down and back up in just a few minutes.
Recommendations, nudges, fixes, any magic wands out there???

no matter where you go, there you are.
"This participation is persona and does not represent the United States Census Bureau." They make me say this.
