License issue problem

Hi All,
We have developed web based PDF report using with CR 9.0 developer tool. The reports function is working fine in normal test case.

If we try 5 or 6 concurrent users are running the report at the same time the following error msg appears.

- Crystal Reports ActiveX Designer (0x80047CD8)
- A Crystal Reports job failed because a free license
- could not be obtained in the time allocated.

Please suggest your ideas.. Thank you in advance.

Other than going to the advanced edition to get the additional licenses. You might want to catch the out of license exception and ask you user to try to run the report a little later when the license is available.
