license in solidus 9.1 for agent

we have upgrade soliuds 7 to 9.1.
i am facing license error while login in agent Mitel contact centre agent 9.0.
"there is no license availble"
I have seen in ELM,we have 60 desktop agent as well as blue star agent license availble.
still i am facing license error.
is there any other license for agent in solidus 9.1 which we have to purchse from mitel.
or is there any issue in configuration.

pls help

Configuration issue. Have you checked licence availability in configuration manager? Can you open the app on the server?

You have MiContactCentre 9 licenses, yes?

Well you seem to have disappeared but I just noticed you are trying to run client at 9.0 when server is 9.1. So the answer is simple - client must be at the same software version as the server, so upgrade the client,
