License for MS Cluster clients

We have two Microsoft Clusters to backup. Each cluster has two physical nodes and one virtual node. One of the physical nodes is active, the other passive.
It turns out that the passive node does not take a NT Cluster Client license, but a "normal" client license. When we switch the virtual node to the other physical one, still the passive node (so the other one now) appears as a normal client.

Where sede3000 and 4000 are the physical nodes for virtual node sede0003
and sede5000 and 6000 are the physical nodes for virtual node sede0005

In my opinion all 4 physical nodes should require a NT Cluster Client license.

I have had the same effect about a week ago with NW 7.3.2 for Windows.

The answer i got was "don't trust nsrlic."

Well, I trust nsrlic, because I had to add additional NetWorker client licenses to be able to backup the passive nodes of the cluster.
