License File wont upload 1

Hi all

I have an X5 R3 and its been a while since I worked on one.

I have the license file from the CLS and that I though was the hard part.

I login with the Expert login and go to license and try and upload the license file but nothing happens when I click on activate!!

What is going on!? I have tried using Chrome, Firefox and IE. I have allowed pop ups etc. Bit at a loss!
