Hi,
I am using Mitel SRC solution to record the calls. The environment has Mitel 3300 ICP and SRC release 2. The way I do it is by adding taps for a device when I receive the stream_start_event. I get a successful add_tap_response followed by a license_failure event with MAX_TRANSCODING as the failure type. The RTP parameters in the stream_start_event indicate G711.U codec and I am not specifying any compression specifically. So other than tap license is there any thing that I need?
