I purchased and downloaded VirusScan from McAfee's website but when I load it I get a message saying that its license has expired and I must purchase it to use it. My PC had an eval copy of VirusScan on it when I bought it so I think that has something to do with the problem. McAfee's tech support has been no help. Can anyone offer any advice?

Uninstall the product and remove all associated directories and registry keys. Then, reinstall the purchased product. See if that helps.
