look at the system over view . you have exceeded the licenses in the system usually via handsets or lines . you can get round this by activating the demo licence for 60 days . you can only do this a few times though but it will get you out of trouble until you get your licenses through . you will need to send the license key of the system to your supplyer and get them to order the licenses you require . they should come back within 24 hours usually .
