Hi as above I keep getting a licence violation every couple of months on a system (CX2 sip trunks 16 users). I am not in licence violation as far as the licencing is concerned; nothing is over allocated. There only 10 physical users but there some phones allocated extension numbers but all out of service.

Does the Mitel need access to the AMC to keep the licences in place and could loss of sync give this problem. Reboot (hard because you can't get into the system via the interface (says something like VM not ready.

On reboot everything is OK. No alarm

I get this during reboot though: The licence manager: The following Licence Application(s)did not respond to the Licence Audit(45);-MCD LM Appld[1]

Anyone any ideas?

as an addendum for this I also get a red waring box to look at licence status but by the time I get to it I can't log in to see what the licence status says....it is clear at present after reboot.

Clear the hardware ID on the AMC site. Then synchronize the licenses from the system.

Will this renew the sync IP which I now find is incorrect.

So have synced licences (from the licence and options screen of the CX) and it now reports the new address and confirms that the options are available. i am hoping this was the problem. Thats for the tip.
