Licence transfer on Avaya

On older (RFA) licensed systems (CM5.x and earlier), Avaya services handles license moves and charges what would likely amount to something close to the price you would pay for three RTUs.
On newer systems, PLDS allows entitlements to be moved more readily, but requires the seller (distributor or reseller) or in some rare instances, customer to have an account with permissions in PLDS.
Either way, there could be tax implications for license sold in one country being transferred to another. You Avaya sales/reseller is going to be the only avenue to make this happen.
