Licence managment

I want to add Mailbox licence, set licence, and so on, but i dont want to use my provider, ( in montreal area, BC )
They charge us 1,000 dollars for the install of the licences everytime they come here, its absurd.

Is it possible for us the end user to do this with out the 3rd part involved?
Can we buy and then install ourselves all licencing fetures???

There is no way to do so. You should search for a provider with cheaper rates. You can call MITEL and ask them for a list of all VARs (Value Added Reseller) in your area. Usually VAR would like to sign a service contract. They would charge a reasonable monthly fee and you would be able to have some level of support including license management. New MITEL AMC system allows to retreive licensing information over the Internet. So your provider just need to place an order to MITEL and let you know when it's processed. Then you go to management interface of ICP and push a single button.

I'll sell you the licenses for a far price! Do you have the passwords to your switch? Were in Ontario.

I have all the passwords and full access to everything, i have removed all the users and passwords the Var created, if they need to go on the system we let them in after a request from them.
