Tomorrow I will connect a remote 403 to a central 403. I understand the concepts of Small community networking, and Centralized VM Pro, save for one aspect. Do I need another key server PC setup to work with the remote location IP Office? Can't the remote location just point to the central location's licence key server in order to use VM Pro across the network?

The License for voice mail pro would be located on the system hosting the Voice Mail service.

The remote site would connect to its own License key if it needs one for Phone manager etc. However the remote site just needs to know the IP Line of the Host 403 to find the voice mail service it doesn’t need any Voice Mail pro license at all.

[cheers]

Almost correct, central vm does not need a licence key ate the remote site
However:-
For correct operation the remote site needs its VM settings set to LINE & the IP line number speccified in Voicemail destination field.
if you just enter the IP address of the VM it will seem to work untill the 2 hour demo period expires & then the remote site will get silence when trying to access vm.
