LICENCE FILE CANNOT BE PARSED

can some help whit this kind off mesage, i reciben a LAC for add new phone J139 i did it and get file xml but when i try tu ad on Ipo500 system say that " license file cannot be parsed" and dont alow upload file
if sombody know how solve please tell me

you can take the file, rename it to PLDSkeys.xml and upload it manually to the primary folder.
If there is already a PLDSkeys.xml file then save it just in case that the new file has a problem.
