licence administration problem

We have 10 new IP extension and a new licence. I can not able to enter retrieve licences menu. When I click the button "retrieve licences" standart Webpage dialog box is appering. But it is empty. In it there is only a
message:
"javascript:document.writeln("<script>window.setTimeout(%20function()%20{%20window.close();%20},%200%20);%20</script>")"

What is wrong with this procedure? Is anyone know this?

Nothing wrong with the procedure...

What is the type of call server ?
What version
Have you tried from another PC ?
Do you have kind of I.E pop up restriction, or something around java script restriction ?
Have you try upgrading with S.I and retriving your licences..
