My question is if the lic file by some how get damaged or coruppted can i get a new copy of the lic file from E by giving them the EIC value from my NIU or what info do i have to send to E to get a new copy to replace a corrupted file is there som one here that has that acess channel to to help me get a new copy off the orignal lic that was placed in the system from start?

The LIC file should be under the directory LI on the HDD. there should be no need to get E to send you a new one.

Thanks i now were the lic file is stored on the hdu my problem is as follows i made a backup and burned it on a cdr then i got a 2,5 tum to usb interface by a friend and got the stupid plan of taking the ide disk from the hdu placed it on the converter and hooked it to my computer but here starts the problem because my winxp pc wrote windows disk id to the disk thats no god when i put it back on the hdu card and start the pbx LPU say 5010 i have tried changing the SCSI id on this hdu and placed it together white another hdu in an working pbx and the print out say the following
