library of premade adm policy templates?

we are implementing win srv 2003 here coming in january and I really dont want to make policys from scratch so I was wondering if you guys knew of a resource where I could find good adm files that i could just import into my AD when we go up.

..I'm looking for a lockdown policy
or a standard user.. *shrug*

MS themselves have a number of them. For free and very complete. I can't remember specifics, but if you go to their site I'm sure you'll find them.
