Library no longer do auto import after upgrade to ver 8.0

Hi all,

We just recently upgrade CV from 6.1 to 8.0 with the latest SP3 patch, but our library now no longer auto import the tapes from the mail slots, we have to manually select import. There's no hardware changes made before the upgrade and all setting are still the same in ver 8.0. CommVault still recognize the mail slot to export but won't import tapes back in when the mail slot is close.
Please post any idea or suggestion we could try. Thanks
