Library error

WIN2K Server, SP2, Backup Exec 8.6, Dell PowerVault 130T Library.

My problem:
I start 3 inventory or catalog jobs at the same time, 2 of them are successful and the third one stops with the error message "Library error - storage media was not ejected from the storage device."

Any idea
