Hi,
We have an IPECS phone system, which consists of:
LG Ericsson MFIM100 PABX
LG Ericsson BRIM4 (ISDN module)
and an
LG Ericsson ES-3026P Switch.
I am unable to login to the Switch with any known site passwords, and the company that set it up do not know either.
Is there any way to get into this switch, or am I going to have to reset it? I am concerned that a reset might wipe out any configuration that exists, but I am unsure if it even has one.
The switch plugs into a core switch via uplink cable, into a VLAN for phones.
We have recently switched to a SIP box for VOIP traffic, which is problematic and not as good as the ISDN lines we had. Unfortunately, in Australia, we have no choice it was going to be cut off at some point.
Also, on the MFIM100 box, there is an 'S3' light which is flickering madly, I have no idea what this is... Or how to troubleshoot it.
I do have access to the IPECS phone system, but it is reasonably complex.
Anyone?
