Does anyone know why the tcp install program corrupts the tcp stack and networking in windows xp

After installing the tcp software, we get a white flash of the toolbar and the networking and sharing vanishes, we also on some machines get generic file errors on start up and loss of networking

can we remove this software after installation ?

What is the "tcp install program"? Is it a part of ipLDK PC Admin?

No the one for EZ Phone

all the XP machines we have loaded it on have lost the internet connection sharing and work groups functionality and we get win sock errors

I have not had these problems with ezPhone.
What version of XP do you use...SP2 or SP3?

Which telephone system are you using - ipLDK 20?
Also worth checking the version of the TSP you are using
