LG LDK24 Doorstation Problem

Hi,

I usually install Panasonic Systems, But I was called out to an LG LDK24 system today with which i am totally not familiar.

The problem is that when the doorstation rings and the handset is picked up it doesnt answer the doorstation, you just hear the dialing tone and the doorstation carries on ringing.

I suspect it is a programming problem but as I have no Manual for this system I am stuck.

Dear Sir

You need to check your timers for minimun and maximun hook flash timer.
I guess that you have also problems with analog phones.

In PGM182 you have the "SLT Maximum Hook Flash Timer" and "SLT Minimum Hook Flash Timer".

According to the Hook Flash Timer setting for your country, you can set these timers accordingly.
In my country we set:

"SLT Maximum Hook Flash Timer" set to 15(*10msec)
"SLT Minimum Hook Flash Timer" set to:5 (*10msec)

many thanks for your helpful reply...I am not aware of a problem with slt phones...also do I need to use the web browser to access programming or is there a way to do it from the system handsets?

Sub net mask 255.225.255.0.

The LDK-24 can not use hand dabbing (i.e. keyset admin programming), sorry. You need to program through the Internet Explorer.
